Descripción : The object of this business plan is to measure and substantiate the feasibility of the creation of a company that offers recreational/therapeutic services through an “Anger Room”. A service that lets the user alleviate the symptoms of stress by him a controlled space where he can freely break objects under rigorous safety measures. The market research parted from analyzing the effect of the environment. To better understand the relationship between market participants, industry experts were interviewed and gave practical insight. Having demonstrated the opportunity hosted by the environment, the client was researched, profiled, and measured in terms of quantity, thus disclosing the characteristics and attributes that the service was to offer. In addition, a price was set, keeping in mind maximization of the demand as a goal. The data was obtained through field research. By analyzing the data obtained, it was determined that a business opportunity exists, given that on the one hand, no other company offers a similar service, and on the other, polls revealed that the mean stress level obtained was 7 out of 10. Lastly, a financial evaluation was run, the results of it showed that the Internal rate of return, fluctuated between 21% and 24% for the project and the investor, percentage that is higher than the discount rates attained, therefore, the net present value (NPV) returned a positive value of $12.000 proving this way the rentability of the plan.
