Descripción : The present titration work, whose theme is "Business plan: producing and marketing pulp of exotic fruits in combined individual presentations in the city of Manta", has as objective to elaborate a procedure for the production and determination of the viability of marketing pulp of Exotic fruits in individual presentations combined in the city of Manta, to achieve this several sections have been developed, which contribute substantially to the development of said project. In the first instance the introduction is presented, which covers the objectives of the work; consecutively, the environment analysis is presented, which is based mainly on the analysis of the industry (Porter); then the client's analysis is developed, for this the application of interviews, focus group and surveys is used; Next, the business opportunity is detailed, which also includes the determination of the potential market for the project in question; later, there is the marketing plan, it contains the general marketing strategy that focuses on highlighting the natural characteristics of the pulp, it also presents the mix of marketing or marketing mix and the respective budget; Subsequently, the philosophy and structure of the organization is shown, as well as detailing the operations plan with the processes and infrastructure necessary for its execution, and finally, the financial evaluation is detailed, which ranges from the projection of income, investment and capital of work, the projection of the statements of results, the cash flow and the financial indexes, which indicate the feasibility of the project.
