| Descripción : | The present titling work aims to analyze the right to a dignified life that has both the nurturing worker with double vulnerability and the one fed (child, girl and adolescent, starting from the fact that both are priority attention groups. It analyzes the obligation of payment of alimony payments that apply to people with double vulnerability, that is to say, people who present some physical, mental, intellectual or sensorial disability and who, in addition, demonstrate a catastrophic illness or of high complexity as nourished. Taking into account that children and adolescents and people with double vulnerability are part of priority groups, their fundamentals rights deserve to be protected in a favorable and immediate way. Therefore, considering these two situations, we are facing a legal problem in which the dignified life to which children and adolescents are entitled and people with double vulnerability as nurturers, may be violated by a judicial system that lacks protection of food standards for people with double vulnerability. |
