Descripción : The main objective of the project is to determine the social and economic viability of a center for the support and cognitive strengthening of children and adolescents in the city of Quito, for which the study begins with an analysis of internal and external forces putting the industry in context of arts, entertainment and recreation, through this analysis it was possible to highlight that there are business opportunities and that the environment favors the creation of the center. Through qualitative and quantitative research, it was possible to know the needs and behavior of the target market, after the analysis it was determined that there is great interest in parents because their children carry out activities aimed at strengthening skills, abilities and encouraging development of cognitive and emotional intelligence. Being a center that seeks to offer a service that contributes to the overall growth of the child, a general strategy of differentiation marketing is proposed, supported by actions in the marketing mix aimed at highlighting the center's attributes and benefits, as well as the value added service In the operational aspect, the center is well equipped with didactic material that contributes with mental training, has instructors who will accompany the development of the activities and will constantly encourage the child to participate in the different activities offered at the center. Finally, a financial analysis was carried out where it was possible to determine that the center has a positive viability based on the financial projections that show the investor's flow with a net present value of $25.478,55, a recovery period of the initial investment of 3,09 years and an internal rate of return of 28,93% higher than the opportunity cost measured by the discount rate.
