| Resumen : | El Centro Comercial River Mall, está ubicado en el Valle del Chillos en el sector de Sangolquí; fue el primer centro comercial construido lo que incentivo el comercio en el área, es por eso que varias competencias crecieron a su alrededor causando el olvido y deterioro del mismo. Por esta razón se decidió intervenir con un rediseño interiorista en la planta baja del River mall, para incentivar nuevamente el comercio en el edificio. Esta propuesta tiene como objetivo general enfocarse en 3 áreas principales que son; Área Lúdica, Área de Cafetería y Escaparates. El diseño está basado en el uso de formas volumétricas, con materiales de madera, vidrio, agua, vegetación y colores lúdicos; ya que el diseño está enfocado principalmente en el uso y recreación de los niños. |
| Descripción : | The Mall River Mall, is located in the Valle de los Chillos in the sector of Sangolquí; it was the first commercial center built that encouraged trade in the area that is why several competitions grew around that causing the oblivion and deterioration of it. For this reason, it was decided to intervene with an interior redesign on the ground floor of the River Mall, to encourage trade in the building again. The general objective of this proposal is to focus on 3 main áreas; Play Area, Cafeteria Area and Shop windows. The design is based on the use of volumetric forms, with wood materials, glass, water, vegetation and playful colors; that the design is focused mainly on the use and recreation of children. |
