dc.descriptionThe use of different materials not friendly to the environment in the production of secondary food packaging, mainly plastic and cardboard, generates concern in the world, both for the production of greater waste that can be disposed of or recycled, in the case of plastics, and the felling of trees in the case of cardboard. As a central point of the study, the methodology of the research is presented, describing the agglomerate elaboration procedures, physical and microbiological analysis, as well as the experimental design to identify the best treatment and the presentation of results. These procedures make it possible to demonstrate the feasibility of preparing packages with uvilla fiber. In the theoretical basis of the study 3 different treatments were used, being treatment 1 (60 percent fiber-40 percent arrocillo), treatment 2 (70 percent fiber-30 percent arrocillo) where the general characteristics of the agglomerate are explained and identifying which is the best treatment during the study being this the T3 the most optimal with the composition (50 percent fiber-50 percent arrocillo). This analysis is compared with the cost-benefit analysis, the results and discussion.en
