Descripción : The purpose of this business plan is to analyze the viability of the project aimed at the creation of a company dedicated to the production and marketing of pizzas whose dough is made from beer, oregano, and parmesan in the city of Jipijapa. The commercial name imposed for this project is "Beerza-Pizza" and its analysis encompasses an economic, administrative, commercial, and financial approach that underlies the foundations of the business model. The reason for the creation of the project is based on providing the inhabitants of the city of Jipijapa with a low-priced, fast, quality food option with a unique, traditional, and different flavor. In addition, it aims to provide experience, good service, and comfort in your business premises. On the other hand, there is a transcendental element in the daily life of a worker and a student that is the lack of time, this pace of life that has adopted these individuals generates rapid consumption of fast food and creates an attractive demand to the market. Being this a characteristic that bases the development of the present project. In short, a market research has been conducted to help determine the tastes and preferences of the target consumer in this way to know the satisfaction of the client in terms of the product created. Likewise, a financial study has been executed, projected through the analysis of liquidity, indebtedness and profitability that allows to determine how viable the project is and how attractive the investment is. In conclusion, after all the previous analyzes, it has been verified that the project is financially viable, that it has a closed target market by which an impulsive investment can be made through the creation of new ventures
