Descripción : The modernization in Ecuador and the constant social evolution have make that industries have to adapt to the new trends that arise over time. These aspects have influenced the habit of buying of the people, you can take as a clear example collecting objects and decoration in general, whose demand has become dependent on existing consumerism and the world of entertainment. The artisanal industry that belongs to the manufacturing sector plays a very important role in the economy of Ecuador, these have been part of the SMEs and they have a great influence, their contribution is 90% of the total of Ecuadorian companies. The crafts in the country and in general the Ecuadorian products have been discredited due to their poor quality and some factors that affect the acquisition of national products. Because of this, D'tallado is born. The company seeks to satisfy a consumer wanting to acquire unique and innovative products, manufactured with the best available materials and the highest quality standards to achieve a positioning in the Ornaments Market, innovating and being characterized by the production of hand-made items, durable and guaranteed. D'tallado focuses on a target group of men and women from 25 to 65 years of socioeconomic levels A, B, C +, residing in the city of Quito, and whose preferences are focused on the purchase of creative, personalized and modern products, this contributes to the production and commercialization of carved and hand-painted wood articles. The analysis of the customer segment and the financial variables has helped to determine that the project is viable for the market mentioned above. The project is aimed at meeting expectations at the time of purchase.
