Descripción : The business plan for the creation of “Cheers Bar”, located in Jipijapa, that will sell alcoholic drinks in an upside down glass, has as main objective to prove the commercial viability, for example the finance of the business. In addition, it is looking to satisfy the needs of recreation and socialization sought by people that belong to the market segment, selected trough the innovation of the dispensing machine “BOTTOMS UP”, which has an exclusive contract for use In Quito. To achieve this, we use the PEST and PORTER analysis, and both of them proved the existence of greater opportunities than weakness, for the creation of a good business in this industry. Through the client’s essay, which is based in the qualitative and quantitative research, it was determined the level of acceptance in the potential consumers, their behaviors and characteristics. After determining the existence of a clear business opportunity, and based in the results of the client’s analysis, it was implemented the marketing plan, with a sustainable value approach during a minimum time of five years, the right marketing mix to achieve the most quantity of target market. In addition, a business philosophy proposal suitable to the business raised was created, an organizational structure was determinate according to the size and type of business, it was detailed the necessary processes for the bar operation and the value chain implemented. All this considering the comparative analysis with companies of the same industry. At last, based on the financial evaluation, the one that takes into account, projections, capital structure, evaluation criteria and financial ratings, the viability of the project is established during a period of five years.
