| Descripción : | This project seeks the feasibility of implementing the creation of a production plant and distribution of semi-sweet brandy macerated with bark of Amazonian trees in the city of Quito, its brand is called as “Xantse” referring to the aborigines of the Ecuadorian Amazon. The company will have its production and distribution center in the sector of Sangolqui, industrial zone of Rumiñahui. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the project, an environmental analysis was carried out, where the PEST analysis and the PORTER analysis were taken into account to determine the variables and factors that affect the alcoholic beverage industry. In addition, the customer analysis was carried out using quantitative and qualitative data that show product characteristics and consumer preferences. To start the project, marketing strategies were used, which enhance the characteristics of the product. Within the financial field, the initial investment is USD 130,000, which recovered it in the third year of the project and a NPV of USD 100,000 at the end of the fifth year. |
