Descripción : The purpose of this business plan is to determine the commercial and financial viability for the creation of a bar-restaurant of wings with fruit-based sauces in the sector of the University of the Armed Forces - Sangolquí headquarters. The great reception that the wings have had for the consumers of fast food and even more those of young age is the reason for the creation of this project. On the other hand, government policies that encourage entrepreneurship and that the food service sector has a stable average growth, is considered a great opportunity to establish it. An exhaustive analysis of the client was carried out, in which qualitative tools (interviews with experts and potential consumers) and quantitative tools (surveys) were used to determine that the restaurant should have a sport-themed culture, offering the client an experience like value added. The name for the restaurant is "LLEGO VOLANDO", which covers a commercial and strategic approach. Based on the previous analysis, the marketing plan was developed, which includes: the general strategy, the target market, the value proposal and the marketing mix. This marketing plan is completely detailed. The financial chapter details the initial investment, the capital structure, the projected five-year financial statements and the financial indicators compared to the industry to which this project will belong. Finally, based on the financial evaluation, the feasibility and profitability of the project is verified, in addition, it is considered an objective market backed by market research, and there are opportunities in the external and internal environment that can be exploited.
