Descripción : The next business plan is aimed at the production and marketing of soy-based cakes and desserts that help with health care. Ecuadorian market is considered not so profitable for investment or creation of companies, but if the correct research is done and the qualitative and quantitative investigations, potential markets can be determined, for example for the project are men and women from the 25 years ans up, with a medium-high purchasing power that consume healthy foods and perform sports. Soy has competitive advantages, where it can prevent diseases and help take care of others such as osteoporosis and people with menopause, with unique properties with many vitamins and proteins, helping to take care of health. The product is an option for daily consumption and for people who perform sports. A marketing plan is proposed, concentrating its differentiation strategy focused on having a product different from those already existing in the market, with more than 50% of the respondents willing to consume the new idea of cake and soybased cake, entering the market directly through the distribution that will position the product in the main supermarkets, informing them through social networks, fairs, tastings in naturist centers and gyms. Finally, it is concluded that it is possible to invest in the new business, since its profitability indexes are satisfactory for any investor that seeks to reduce risks when starting a business, denoting results such as their VAN with a return of the investor and the project, with a The return rate of the TIR to the investor and of the project calculated later, tells us that the project is profitable during the 5 years that it is expected to be established in the mar.
