Descripción : The dessert has to be spectacular, because it arrives when the gourmet is no longer hungry - Alexandre Grimod. The transcendence of ice cream in time is notorious, since it went from being a limited food for the nobility to become an indispensable part in a supermarket. (Vanguardia, 2018). The purpose of this business plan is to prove the correct viability of the elaboration of licksticks (ice cream popsicles) of Ecuadorian cocktails with liquor, through the development of the Ecuadorian manufacturing industry and to take advantage of the incentive of the local government for the creation of new ventures that make Ecuador known through value-added products. The need arises in the moment to translate into a product the diversity of traditional products with which Ecuadorian drinks and cocktails are created, the same ones that are only fostered at a local level. Initially, an analysis of the environment in which the company would opérate within the national perspective was carried out until the study of the international perspective, where the international market was chosen for its international participation in the consumption and expenditure of ice cream, subsequently analyzed the ice-cream industry in the Community of Madrid for the export and commercialization of the proposed product. Additionally, a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the client was conducted through expert interviews and a future consumer; in addition, surveys directed to the market of the Community of Madrid, resulting in customers making a high monthly expenditure and a high incidence in frequency of local consumption in ice cream exceeding the global average. Finally, a general marketing strategy is proposed in a focused market segment and with this, the financial evaluation of the project is carried out over a period of 5 years, concluding that the project is viable with a current net value of $ 248,640, an internal return of 29.35% and with a return period of the investment made of 2 years and 6 months.
