| Descripción : | The present investigation was developed in the Zonal Coordination 1 of MAGAP, located in Ibarra city, in the province of Imbabura, which has 33 employees working in the office and in the field. The investigation focused on improving the occupational health and safety conditions of the Coordination workers, for which, the process lifting was performed for each of the workers through the modeling with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Once the processes were established and the most relevant activities were defined, risk factors were identified, evaluated and prioritized through a matrix based on the Colombian Technical Guide (GTC 45), it was found a 6.7 percent of risk category I (not acceptable) and 55.4 percent of risk category II (not acceptable or acceptable with specific control), for which a prevention and protection plan was designed, considering the stipulated in Regulation 2393 and Ministerial Agreement No 276 of MAGAP - Central Plant, all with the purpose of reduce or mitigate the risks to those who are exposed in the Zonal Coordination 1. Finally, a financial analysis was carried out with a referential budget and a cost-benefit analysis that shows that the Zonal Coordination would obtain savings of 36 cents for each dollar invested in occupational health and safety |
