Descripción : | This business plan will analyze the creation of a skydiving school through its wind tunnel simulation (WT) in the city of Quito-Ecuador. Skydiving is a technique that consists of jumping from a certain height through the use of a parachute, in order to reduce the impact when landing; these jumps are made from any type of air transport. This activity proposes different branches, including some sports where the project focuses on the freestyle or skydiving modality, which combines jumping with special group or individual formations, creating formations attractive to the eye. The business study is analyzed both in the sports industry environment with the tools PESTEL and PORTER, and the customer analysis through qualitative and quantitative systems: interviews, focus groups and surveys designed to know the interest of quiteños by this system teaching. Then there is the business opportunity by studying the industry, where it is discovered that being an activity never seen by quiteños and being an element of new technology, it helps the project in its realization. Once the opportunities are found, the marketing plan is developed which details the strategies to be used by establishing its marketing mix (7P is of service); finalizing with the philosophy proposal that detail the mission and business vision, as well as its objectives, operational plans and organizational structure. Finally, the financial aspect of the business is analyzed through balances projected to 5 years that study; It is concluded that people in the city are willing to carry out the activity (94.8 percent), and that their viability through their NPV (36,181.20 dollars) and IRR (42.33 percent) make it a potential business that achieve success within SMEs. |
