Descripción : | The business plan for the creation of a company that produces and commercializes infusions of ginger and dehydrated ecuadorian fruit, aimed to the target market of Zaragoza in Spain. The project aims to take advantage of the growing tendency to consume healthy products to enter in a potential market as it is the European Union. Murukuna Tea will be a company that offers a special drink made from dried Ecuadorian fruits to create combinations of flavors and fruits that provide a unique experience when they are consumed. The main objective of this project is to determine the commercial and financial feasibility of exporting infusions to the final market. The respective analysis of environments (PEST and PORTER) of both countries was carried out to identify the factors that contribute with the development of this plan, concluding a potential and attractive market for the commercialization. In addition, the market research was conducted, and it helps to analyses the consumption trends of the potential customers, to be able to focus on the respective market segment and offer a unique product that can be positioned in the mind of the consumer. The development of the marketing mix was essential for the correct analysis of the variables such as product, price, place and promotion, and to implement the strategies to be used in de elaboration of the plan. Finally, the respective financial analysis was carried out through the sales projections, costs, expenses, financial statements and profitability indexes. This analysis revealed that the NPV of the project and investor is positive and the IRR is higher than the discount rate. The initial investment is 58.770,00 dollars and the sales incomes allows the project to obtain a positive profit since the first year. |
