Descripción : | The business plan is focused on the sale of fruit and vegetables of quality, beautifully presented and a wide variety in a specialized place. This project is a new concept that seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle in Quito´s families and the environment care. "Mi Cosecha CIA LTDA" as the minimarket has been called, will provide not only whole fruits and vegetables, it also will provide processed ones, with different cuts and sizes, packed, ready for consumption as well as natural juices. It seeks to provide a first class service, modern infrastructure and a personalized attention, giving a twist to the informal service that currently provided most of fruit and vegetable shops located in the neighborhoods of the city of Quito. It has been determined that our potential customers are the homes of upper middle and high class of Quito with a demographic segmentation of men and women of 24 years and older. The market niche to which we must aim is definitely the family where are mainly housewifes and mothers who make decisions about food. To reach consumers is necessary the correct application of market entry strategies, advertising and promotional planned campaigns, this will allow positioning the brand in the consumer's mind and face competition more strongly. It has been prognosticated that the project requires achieving sustainable sales levels that can cover fixed costs, variable costs and other short-term obligations. The business success and the increase in sales will depend on the quality of products and services that can be offered, of the added value that can be given to the user and of a work team committed to the objectives of the company. |
