| Descripción : | The National Secretariat of Management of Risks (SNGR), is the entity entrusted to safeguard the life of the Ecuadorians before the natural disasters, by means of the implementation of safety plans, rescue and helps to the whole country. One of the aims that both this entity and the Government of shift have appeared for this year, is the incorporation of the culture of Management of Risks in the educational sector, is for it that, the principal premise of this project of qualifications bases net in covering this need that day after day has taken importance in the world and in the Ecuador, due to the strong vulnerability of the society and the students of the city of Quito before the danger and natural risks that he carries to live in this territory. For the accomplishment of this project one has taken in consideration several points, between them the exposition of clear and concise aims that allowed the royal production of the strategies to using for every public of interest. Thanks to the tools of investigation applied to the public ones of importance and the interviews to experts on this topic, it was possible to conclude that the SNGR from his beginnings has had the intention of preparing the student population on the natural disasters and his consequences, but lamentably the implemented activities have not had the wished results, already be for a disorganization internal or lacking in interest of the students. The compilation of information has performed importance for this project, since this way it was possible to obtain quality material for the creation of strategies and clear and precise activities that will meet reflected in the offer of the plan of communication. |
