| Descripción : | It is unknown to anyone that the disorderly growth of the city, which he built in the same margins of rivers and creeks, on the fringes of protection, the increase in population and the lack of sewerage services in rural parishes of the DMQ coverage with less than 40%, (EPMAPS.2012.Web) have generated an increase in pollution of rivers and creeks. Today the abundant Guayllabamba River is much polluted and presents several environmental problems caused by neglect of people who live in their banks. Given this reality the EPMAPS has implemented the "Rivers Decontamination Program" that allows to recover, defend and preserve the beneficial uses of the waters. Unfortunately the lack of communication has generated a total ignorance of the Project and a blurring of the image Credibility and Trust towards “Rivers Decontamination Program”. This research work has the purpose to present the great benefits that this project provides for improving the health and quality of life. For this the project provides a proposal that is described in the matrices scheme: strategic, tactical, schedule, budget, evaluation and control. In the five chapters of this thesis, is given to know the object of study, conceptual framework underlying there search, it also shows all the work done in Guayllabamba, participatory diagnosis is applied so the people will become major players study and develop communication strategies to achieve the objectives. The chapter 5th defines the communication plan; also conclusions, recommendations and annexes are given. This is a plan, a challenge to the future, and corresponds to the different actors of this community. Authorities and the general public have to be the positive managers for empowerment and preservation of this heritage. |
