dc.descriptionThe present thesis proposes a model of IT governance and management with COBIT 5 leveraged by the Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) for pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of this model is to facilitate the compliance of pharmaceutical regulation. It sets clear guidelines for IT-related processes to be controlled and managed in order to generate value for the industry and ensure optimal product quality for customers. With the result of the proposed model, the analysis of the actual situation of the case study is carried out. It allows to establish the strategic alignment referring to the processes that must be implemented, in order to determinate the priority of processes execution and carry out the analysis of the current and objective capacity to generate the implementation plan.en
