Descripción : The current business plan aims to establish the company Euphoria Spa & Fitness in the parish of Cumbaya legal structure of a limited liability company, focused on providing services of exercise, recreation and mental relaxation and body. The lack of businesses in the parish of Cumbaya to provide a combination of a spa and gym, along with the lifestyle of the people who inhabit the area are the main opportunities for developing the business, which will be focused on men and women between 15 and 60 years of middle class, upper middle and upper classes, who exercise for body care and health, looking away from the hectic pace and stress generated by heavy workloads or simply looking for a distraction and recreation. Cumbaya is now an attractive place for real estate with high levels of goodwill, their homes, businesses, schools, shopping, warm weather and increased its population exceeds 30,000 inhabitants according to the source of information allows the company to INEC have a growing target market. Additional industry recreation and cultural and sporting activities has grown 14% According to data from INEC within the last 5 years and a contribution to the GDP of Ecuador 9.87% in 2010 according to Bank information Central del Ecuador. The descriptive qualitative research method allowed to obtain information through interviews with business experts related to the company who felt that the lifestyle focused on health care and physical appearance of people with the combination of a service quality, personalized customer service, modern infrastructure and a good approach to advertising, are determining factors when attracting customers through personal interviews conducted as part of quantitative descriptive research possible target audiences, and through focus groups, was the information about the market, competitors, consumer tastes.
