Descripción : The present titling work aims to determine the economic feasibility for the implementation of a hall of events and receptions with state-of-the-art technology in the city of Cuenca. The company will be incorporated as a corporation in the Superintendency of Companies. The enterprise is focused within the hotel industry (accommodation and food service), in the area of social and / or business services, which in recent years has seen growth of 5.6% in GDP, where sector of event organization contributes 0.78% to this industry. The target market for this turnover is people between 25 and 65 years of age who are in a medium-to-high and high social stratum. In addition, migrants and tourists who currently reside in the province, which has a population of Azuay, since they have the capacity to support this type of service. The study was conducted through qualitative and quantitative market research. The marketing strategy used is Push because we want to communicate to customers the business message of the company, to be able to offer an integral service of organization of events and in this way create a direct push to the sale of both social and business packages; we will also work through promotional strategies to capture a bigger market. The operational plan with in the company is based on demand; Its structure maintains a functional form with direct relation to the cycle of procedures and value chain, in order to provide a service of quality and excellence. The quality of service will be linked with the continuous trainings handled monthly to the staff, in order to provide total satisfaction to the customers. In addition, the inclusion of technology in the different events will make them unique and unrepeatable. On the other hand, the company will be managed based on the following values such as respect, integrity, honesty and companionship with the goal of achieving an optimal work environment in order to achieve success. In the financial analysis carried out it can be evidenced that the company has profitability and has the capacity to recover its investment in a period of two years and two months.
