Descripción : The purpose this project is aiming to achieve, is the justification for the feasibility of an associative microenterprise establishment, which will be also in charge of women from the Añangu Kichwa community. Last premise alludes to obtain products and services of the quality visitors expect. And, with the hope that the business is built, for the welfare of families leathered by these women and the community in general. Thus, for the first chapter, has deployed an investigation into the Popular and Solidarity Economy, its scope and its dynamics in Ecuador, also the logic of the business plan and its implementation in the tourism sector, so the total engage of all the concepts is achieved and merge with the general idea of the business in question and its purposes well. Arguably, second chapter could be defined as the spinal cord of the project, as it ranges since the rules for the establishment of a small business in the field of EPS, to the manner in which that business would be conducted based on the organization and values that would rule it, and the specification of the business as well. In addition, it outlines clearly the advantages and disadvantages and its contraposition to the direct competition. All these elements are linked to the results of market research implementation, described in detail in Chapter 3, all with the aim of obtaining the necessary techniques to satisfy the expectations and wishes of the client. Then, chapter four, from deductions obtained from the previous chapter, deploys strategies for production, distribution, promotion and sales of the products and services to achieve the best impact on the consumer's mind. Similarly, in the same sense that all chapters are intertwined with each other, Chapter 5 based on the predecessors’ chapters describes the infrastructure, equipment and business operation.
