| Descripción : | The project consists of the architectural interior intervention of a residential house in the city of Quito, to turn it into an Integral Center for breastfeeding processes. This proposal includes a conference room, a milk bank, medical offices (Gynecology, Psychology, Pediatrics and Nutrition), a gymnasium and a multipurpose room. Through the creation of mezzanines, the interior space will be intervened for the disposal of the milk bank. In like manner, the mezzanine will be readapted to create a vertical circulation that allows us to communicate the first floor with the second floor. The parking spaces in the front facade and the basement will be created through earthworks. The interior spaces will be intervened with green walls, and in the exterior spaces the pool will be relocated and a green cover will be created for the gym area. |
