Descripción : The production prepared from organic components has gained market share in recent years, because they are processed naturally and without the presence of chemicals that are harmful for health. The food industry has seen the need to incorporate into its natural components manufacturing that is friendly to the environment and fit for human consumption. The Ecuadorian market today has been engaged in this new consumer trend. The business proposal is the creation of a product called Hayaq based on organic chili and the product is gourmet, which combines the exotic flavors of Ecuador, providing a different experience for the consumer, because flavors highlight foods. Additionally, it brings to the consumer the vitamins A and C and its main ingredient fulfill the role of antioxidant. In addition, its ingredients come from organic orchards or biospheres located in the city, which allow it to be part of a fair trade. Another advantage is the friendly packaging with the environment, in compliance with the rules of the 3Rs (recycle, reuse, reuse) is used. The product name is Hayaq. It has as a starting point to rescue Latin American culture because of its meaning in Kichwa; spicy and highlight the name of Quito with the letter Q in the end. Pepper marketing focuses especially on online shopping and social networking to reach potential customers allowing taking into account the inclination to purchase goods in this type of platforms that save time and responsible specialty stores selling these products. Finally, through the analysis of external and internal factors, environment and customer it is wanted to know the profitability of the project.
