Descripción : At this moment in the ecuadorian market there is no product production based on the Tahití lemon. Based on consumer insatisfaction, is where this business plan was born. The objective of this study is to analyze the financial and economic feasibility of installing a frozen fruit pulp and Tahiti lemon beverage; processing facility to satisfy the populations necessities based on the surveys conducted for this body of work. The basic proposal is to create an innovative product for the ¨Tahiti Lemon¨ processing plant located in the northeast part of Quito city. The objective is to satisfy the local market, as well as to situate the company in a prosperous economic situation in Quito city during its first five working years. Analysis have been performed on the macro and micro market sector of the industry, with which a business plan has been developed. The base is the fabrication of non alcoholic foods and beverages, which, are a 55% of the total of manufactured products. With the quantitate and qualitative investigation results on markets that generate a particular interest for the company, there are proposed market strategy studies and product distribution routes. The market`s objective will be middle, middle- high, and high class Quito Metropolitan District. The Project`s survey results and economic indicators (TIR and VAN) reveal that this project is feasible, necessary, strategic and will have no environmental impact that will affect the populations life style. Plus, the business plan is in accordance with the legal requirements and norms for the correct functioning of the factory, without leaving aside customer service.
