Descripción : | Ecuador is a country rich with flora and fauna. Above all, cocoa is one of its key agricultural products. National cocoa grown in Ecuador is known for its aroma and its “jumping flavor.” The chocolate produced in Ecuador is one of the desired treats in the international market. Ecuador, as the producer of this fine product, has gained a lot of fame and international attention, but currently in this country there is a lack of technology, and therefore we cannot produce a final product of high quality made from our own cocoa. Due to this, a business plan will be proposed in this paper to produce and market organic chocolate, using Swiss techniques to produce a high quality final product. The chocolate produced will be made of 100% organic cocoa. It will stand out from other chocolates on the market due to its acidic, tropical, and exotic fruit fillings. All of the fruits used to fill the chocolate are pure, natural, and indigenous to Ecuador. The sale of this product would be through a distributor who owns a number of shops specializing in the sale of German chocolate from Berlin. The raw cocoa will be grown in a sector of Ecuador called San Antonio, which is located near the town of Malimpia in the county of Quininde in the Esmeraldas province. |
