Descripción : This project demonstrates the viability of developing a producer and exporter of pineapple and mango for that is considered the current situation analysis and industry sector. From 2007 to 2009 can be seen considerable growth in the industry with an increase of production companies that meet the local demand for this product as a rebound in exports of 600% from 2007 to 2008. It is noted that the highest percentage of fruit pulp producing notional focus on serving the local market. United States maintains a steady growth in imports of fresh exotic fruits and vegetables; demand is met by 14% for exports of Ecuador. The marketing strategy for entering the fruit pulp DINESAPULP target market with two products DIMANGO and DIPIÑA that will base the marketing mix with a differentiation strategy emphasizing mainly the quality of the product to be eligible for export requires management proper cold chain, good hygienic practices (GHP) and manufacturing (GMP) system implementing the approach of hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) For marketing strategic alliances with distributors, who will deliver the product to the consumer industrial restaurant, beverage, hotels, factories, canned food according to the preferences of each buyer, among other actions to achieve better marketing effective the participation in international fairs of frozen products, fruit and food. The plant will be equipped with the machinery required for optimum operation and production to ensure the quality offered. For the production process we have chosen a linear or unidirectional method for maximizing the space of flat production time and avoid unnecessary circular motions. We have developed a contingency plan for risk and challenges suppositions that they can occur when implementing the factory in order to avoid delays to the implementation of the project.
