dc.description | The present research allowed identifying the prevalence of psychosocial risk factors and their dimensions in a small group of workers. Objective; to assess psychosocial risk factors using the CopSoQ ISTAS 21 method in a textile company in Imbabura, Ecuador 2023. Method; An observational, cross sectional, and descriptive study was conducted through an anonymous and confidential written survey of 30 workers, which included sociodemographic and occupational information, following the signing of informed consent. Results; The analysis was performed using Epi Info 7.2.5.0., with a response rate of 100 percent. There were more non administrative workers 86.7 percent, males predominated 90.5 percent, and a high percentage 93.3 percent reported working more than 40 hours per week. The dimensions negatively affecting workers were; pace of work 83.3 percent, predictability 30.0 percent, dual presence, and role clarity 26.7 percent; conversely, the favorable aspects identified in 100 percent of respondents Were; vertical trust, justice, and recognition. dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación permitió identificar la prevalencia de los factores de riesgo Psicosocial y sus dimensiones, en un grupo pequeño de trabajadores. Objetivo; evaluar los factores de riesgo psicosocial a través del método CopSoQ ISTAS 21 en una empresa textil en Imbabura, Ecuador 2023. Método; Se realizó un estudio observacional, transversal y descriptivo a través de una encuesta escrita anónima y confidencial a 30 trabajadores que incluyó información sociodemográfica y laboral, previa firma de consentimiento informado. Resultados; El análisis se realizó con Epi Info 7.2.5.0., con una tasa de respuesta de 100 por ciento. Fueron más trabajadores NO administrativos 86.7 por ciento, prevaleció el sexo masculino 90.5 por ciento y un alto porcentaje 93,3 por ciento refirió trabajar más de 40 horas/semana. Las dimensiones que afectan negativamente a los trabajadores fueron; ritmo de trabajo 83,3 por ciento, previsibilidad 30,0 por ciento, doble presencia y claridad de rol 26,7 por ciento; por otro lado, los aspectos favorables que se identificaron en el 100 por ciento de los encuestados fueron; confianza vertical, justicia y reconocimiento. La principal limitación del estudio fue el tamaño de la muestra, a pesar de ser la totalidad de los trabajadores. | es_ES |
