Descripción : The current economy in our country has motivated people to develop business ideas and promote progress in the knowledge that it is not only a responsibility but of the whole society. For sustainability of resources is necessary that people should perform processes where they can offer goods and / or services to generate revenue for the company as a whole. So the opportunities are everywhere, we must know to look. In this case rightly observed that families adopt a pet for company but different types of jobs do not allow for a correct address, which hinders many times that pets are clean so that they are dwelling within a housing. Given this trend in the country, care and good treatment for pets (dogs), the idea of deploying and implementing a mobile dog grooming, it provides all the services that a pet, allowing their employers have reassured by their hygiene and care. Market research conducted, it was found that there is a 93% interest in using the services of a mobile dog grooming, there is a high degree of acceptance for this service under the conditions that will be bidding. The services offered allow meet customer expectations for quality and timeliness. As a marketing strategy will be used for direct sale, promotion and advertising through different media. For the implementation of this business plan, the estimated initial investment of USD 68.551for the implementation of the Business Plan.
