| Resumen : | Insalud es un centro de especialidades médicas ubicado en el sector sur de Quito, Ecuador. El centro atiende a una población diversa y con un alto nivel de necesidades de atención médica. Insalud enfrenta desafíos en el entorno social, como la desigualdad en el acceso a la atención médica, y en el ámbito tecnológico, como la competencia en aumento constante. Análisis FODA Fortalezas; Personal calificado y comprometido, ubicación estratégica, equipo médico y tecnológico de última generación. Debilidades; Sistema de abastecimiento ineficiente, falta de un plan de abastecimiento y no existe un sistema de gestión de inventarios. Oportunidades; Implementación de un sistema ERP, Mejora de la gestión de recursos y colaboración con otros actores del sector salud. Amenazas; Competencia en aumento, cambios en la legislación, Cambios en los patrones de consumo de los pacientes. Plan de gestión gerencial El plan de gestión gerencial propuesto para Insalud tiene los siguientes objetivos; 5 Mejorar la eficiencia del proceso de aprovisionamiento. Disminuir la probabilidad de escasez de insumos. Mejorar la calidad de la atención que presta Insalud. Para lograr estos objetivos, el plan propone implementar un sistema ERP, como ODOO. Este sistema permitirá a Insalud automatizar el proceso de aprovisionamiento y garantizar que los insumos necesarios para la atención de los pacientes estarán disponibles en todo momento. Además del plan de gestión gerencial propuesto, Insalud podría considerar las siguientes recomendaciones; Establecer un plan de abastecimiento que garantice que siempre haya un inventario suficiente de insumos para cubrir las necesidades de los pacientes. Monitorear el nivel de abastecimiento de insumos de manera regular. También, Insalud podría considerar la implementación de otras estrategias para mejorar la gestión de sus recursos, como la mejora continua, la innovación y la colaboración con otros actores del sector salud. |
| Descripción : | The democratization of new information technologies is advancing, and adapting and being at the forefront of these advances is necessary for the survival over time of any institution, whether public or private, so that IT solutions, which are also available to everyone, are essential if you want to make organizations grow over time, and in the particular case of health services, to provide quality, effective and efficient care to users, also generating satisfaction with the service received by the patient in particular, and a positive assessment by the surrounding population in general. Having said this, a central element is the supply and logistics chain that health centers must create and maintain in order not to generate shortages and therefore unsatisfied demand, for which there are currently multiple software options that could contribute to this task without representing an excessive economic investment and without requiring a greater number of personnel. Therefore, this project proposes the implementation of a computer system that allows the request of quotations, placing orders and making payments to suppliers without the need to go to them personally. The objective of this project is to implement an automated supply system for the Insalud medical specialty center, which currently has two locations in the south of the city of Quito, Ecuador. The aim is to define a computer system that meets the objectives of the project, for its subsequent download and training for its use by the staff. In this way, all the supplies necessary for the operation of both sites can be requested, received and paid for more efficiently, without the need to go to the suppliers physically and individually, which will save time and allow users to be satisfied with the services offered at all times. 9 It was decided to apply a qualitative research methodology, with data collection under two methods; application of surveys to the health care personnel of the Insalud medical specialty center and an interview with a specialist in the area of marketing and digital media for the management of health institutions master´s degree professor at the University of the Americas. By obtaining this data, it was possible to establish that there was indeed a situation of shortage, so there was a need to improve the supply system. The use of an open-source system Odoo was proposed, which in addition to being free access, has proven to be effective for the purpose we have set out, making it the ideal software after installation and training of personnel in its use. This project can not only generate a solution for Insalud, but it can also be replicated in different centers of equal or greater complexity. |
