Descripción : This business plan evaluates the feasibility of producing and marketing industrial work overalls made with fibers from the recycling of plastic bottles in the city of Quito, focused on companies whose economic activities cause much of the capital's pollution. For this, PET bottles (polyethylene terephthalate) are considered to be those that have a triangle of three arrows with the number 1 inside, the same ones that are processed until they become polyester fabric. That is why this document investigates the external factors that have an impact on this industry through the PEST and PORTER analysis, which allowed us to conclude that the opportunities are above the threats. One of the issues discussed at this point is the importance of recycling as it has had a great boom since 2012 thanks to the Environmental Tax on Non-Returnable Plastic Bottles (IRBP). As for the analysis of the client, a market investigation is carried out, for the qualitative analysis interviews were conducted with two experts and eight interviews with potential buyers and regarding the quantitative analysis surveys were conducted to determine the consumer's behavior and preferences. With all this information, the business opportunity is analyzed and in the marketing mix the best strategies are taken, those that go according to the selected segment chosen. To subsequently propose the appropriate organizational structure for the start-up of the company. Finally, a monthly financial analysis is carried out for a period of 5 years, whose valuation criteria, discount rates, financial statements and financial indexes, show very convenient results that prove its viability.
