Descripción : This work is about the elaboration of a plan of business for the production and export of based migrant flour pasties of wheat to the ecuadorians in Spain, whose address will be the city of Quito, and will be satisfied it like an organization of limited responsibility. The aim of the company, “Sabores y Tradiciones del Ecuador Cía. Ltda.” it is to be the leading brand in the market of production of wheat flour empanadas. In order words, is foreseen to elaborate products that fulfill quality and hygiene process that guarantees its profitability, supported on human resource qualified motivated and compromised with the organizational goals and environment protection. Beside, it will be use strategies of promotion, such as the concession of promotional packages for volume or purchase frequency and degustation in site. To position the mark in the market puts is another objective that the organization persecutes like to develop new niches of market. What motivates to penetrate in this type of business, must to that the compatible industry to the business essentially (foods and drinks), is very favorable due mainly to its reached dynamism enters the 2001 the 2009, whose growth annual average was of 6.84%. Also, the technological requirements will be supplied in local market. in addition, the subsidy granted to the wheat flour that the current government offers which certainly favors the execution of the present business plan. The organic structure is vertical and functional with a wide responsibilities delegation, which departmentalization includes marketing and sales, production, administration and human resources areas. The total amount of the initial investment, includes fixed items, deferred and capital work for a value of $ USD 59.668,62, which financing will be, 55 % by the concession of a credit by the financial national system and 45 % by contributions of two partners. After to have realised the financial evaluation, concludes that the plan of businesses is profitable and will produce economic benefits, due to the fact that its NPV is positive, and the IRR overcomes to the cost of opportunity of the project in reason of it, putting in it march is recommended.
