Descripción : Currently globalization constantly generates competition between organizations to gain strength towards a forced commercial opening. On many occasions this happens with low economic resources and rapid technological changes that are influencing factors. This in turn as a response to companies to grow and successfully face new challenges, trying to ensure their permanence in the markets. A quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015, reflects an efficient and effective system of quality management of the company's production processes. This is a series of requirements processes that includes information on activities and activities established in the production cycle. By sowing risk-based thinking, several clauses have been implemented from the beginning of the organization's context, alignment to different processes, leadership, and at the beginning in planning. This encourages the organization to maintain accurate feedback with stakeholders. Through the internal audit carried out, a work plan is established, by means of which the documentary information that will allow compliance with the requirements of NTC ISO - 9001: 2015 is expanded. It is extremely important to understand each chapter and the literals so that the implementation and use of the standard is complete. The consideration of the characterization of the processes, together with the departmental procedures, seek to identify the actions that currently generate risks to the organization. To identify risks, a check list was applied that covers systematic and transparent management methodologies.
