Descripción : The present work consists of made a business plan in order to establish fruits supermarkets in Quito city and the Valleys. For that, the macro and micro business environment are analyzed to get the fortress, debilities, opportunities and threatens. The business consists of the fruits sales in four supermarkets place in Granda Centeno, Carcelen, Cumbaya Valley and Chillos Valley. These will be characterized in having train co-workers to offer an excellent service with high quality goods, so those customers feel the difference. After, those macro environment variables were analyzed it is concluded that business is attractive because of the Retail/Wholesale industry have grown up in the last decade around of 10%. This industry is being attractive in order to made investments. Through the market research was determined that 73% of customers whose have characteristics like 25-60 years, men and women, the stratum mediumhigh, superior incomes of 500 USD; they would be disposed to buy in the fruits supermarkets. Then the market research, the objectives, strategies and tactical were established. It determined the customer profile, characteristics, frequency consume, service, price, sales points and promotions. It will allow position the brand in the market during the five years project. The sales projection will be doing with a rate growth of 2 % for 5 years based in the growth population and total investment for starting the Company is 197.120 USD. It considers 66% loan of total amount. The loan rate is 11% per year during the life project. This rate is based in a country financial entity. Finally, it is concluded that the project is profitable because of waited levered scene the NPV is 93.215 USD and IRR 64, 60 % and none scene had negative outcomes. In addition, the Company has a contingency plan which will be applied if there are any unforeseen. It will allow solving any inconvenient immediately.APALANCADO
