Descripción : The objective of this degree work is to present a Degree Plan for the Creation of a Wellness-type Recreation Center in Puembo, Quito, which is divided into 5 chapters which support the topics related to the subject. First, the theoretical framework was developed, where the history and origin of wellness is written, as well as its importance, keywords and concepts on the subject, which help to understand more about this new trend. Later, the strategic planning was carried out, in which the nature of the business, mission, vision, business objectives in the short, medium and long term were raised. Similarly, a PESTAL, PORTER AND SWOT analysis was carried out, with the purpose of having a better knowledge of different circumstances or internal and external situations that the company may face. On the other hand, a marketing plan was carried out in which 81 structured surveys were carried out among women between 20 and 49 years of age who reside in Quito, in order to gather more information on the reception of the project. Likewise, 4 interviews were conducted with experts in order to have a better understanding of each sub-topic, of the general topic, with respect to the current situation and in what way the project could be more attractive to clients. In addition, the 7ps of marketing were analyzed to develop strategies, objectives and actions with respect to the same vision. An operating plan was also created, designed to draft the different hours of operation and attention for each area, the maximum capacity (capacity) of the cafeteria and the spatial distribution of all areas of use. Likewise, an operations flow diagram was made to represent the sequence of activities. Finally, a financial plan was created where different variables such as the initial investment, cost structure, profit and loss statement and more were analyzed, in order to obtain the NPV and IRR and determine if the project is viable or not.
