Descripción : There is no doubt that incentive the sport training since childhood is healthy and work out the body takes part of a positive attitude people life. The taste of soccer in Ecuadorian culture, and the increasing of the service section in Ecuador, resulting an opportunity for the creation of a sports training school. Champions Academy offers a service of an integral training education teaching by professionals in physical, sports and recreation areas with career and sports achievements. This service will respect the physicals and mental ages of the students that will be divided in two groups of 5 to 9 years old and 10 to 14 years old. In the first one the goal will be increase the driving development and the personal relationship with the training of five sports (gymnastics, athletics, swimming, basketball and soccer). The second group will be directed to the specific training of basketball and soccer; this will be controlled each six month by standard evaluations according the ages of the students. The goal of the chosen market is the 2% in Quito city, with boys and girls of 5 to 14 years old that lives in the south of the city and belongs to the middle class. To catch this market will apply the positioning strategy more by more, that will offer more benefits for more cost than the competency offers. The cost of the service will be 50 dollars by month. The necessary inversion is 131692 dollars but 70000 will be funded with a bank loan with a 10 years analysis and an acceptable minimal rate of 16.68%, Champions Academy has a TIR of 31.67%, it VAN is 105156 dollars, it benefit cost rate is 1.8 and the recovery of the inversion will be in four years that it will make financially viable. With all variables analyzed, it concludes that Champions Academy is commercial and financially viable, this project will generate a profit margin of 28% for each student that apply to the Academy.
