Descripción : In Quito now a day there’s no extra time. Traffic jams are becoming bigger, especially in peak hours. People have no time to do their personal activities, there for they stop taking care of some things; one of them is the maintenance of their cars. This project is about establishing a mobile car workshop which will make oil changes and motor ABC, with the service it’ll be included some other added values. The most important objective is to become the leader of mobile workshops in Quito, giving to the user a comfortable and clean option for taking care of their car. For accomplishing this there were different aspects that had to be analyzed, so that there would be a global idea of the business. The first one was to analyze the industry so in which it were determined its characteristics, the development it has had in the past years and the way to enter it with the new project. The second thing was making a market research with quality and quantity ends. In the midst of using it, it was found that people are very interested in this kind of service, and that they kwon little or nothing about companies that provide it. They even accept paying more for the service. After the market research, there were established marketing and operative plans, and the management time. The three of them helped making the best ways to communicate to the prospective clients, the processes needed and the functions that all the personal has to get done so the objectives are completed. Finally a financial study was made, this determined that the necessary investment to complete it is of $ 69.718,52 dollars, which will be structured by 28,69% of it given by the shareholders and the difference afforded by a financial entity. The project will throw an Internal Rate of Return of 76%, and a Net Present Value of $ 28.911,36 dollars. With all the above said, the conclusion is that the mobile car workshop has a space in the market, as well as a good profit level, therefore it must be realized.
