Ecuador is a country that is part of the social statistics of Latin America, these statistics are characterized by having a great variety and ideologies about society that is based mainly on the inequality and individuality of the people. This is why the political movements and excluded groups have tried to eradicate this problem of discrimination through an arduous struggle to occupy public positions of social representation. This has been a problem of generations that despite the constant development of the same and the progress they have had, is still present in the reality of the Ecuadorian political parties, it is necessary to know if the levels of inequality have decreased or not, since equity is not yet equal for both genders, it is only a formal inclusion, which does not cover all the needs of the valorization of women. For this reason, we will analyze what are the possible factors that have been taken into account to make the political exclusion of women seek rectification of their participation rules, and that in turn can demonstrate whether the existence of the aforementioned gender discrimination it is or is not in force in the societies of the 21st century. That is why, it is going to analyze a time line will be located in which the quota law will be analyzed, being known as a set of legal norms that within the elected positions provides a good distribution of gender occupation to generate more equity (Montero L. , 2009, pág. 5); before, during and after its appearance, to examine the reason for the search for female participation in politics, it becomes a kind of positive discrimination, which accommodates women in the candidacies and directives of each party. Avoiding this way, the monopolistic consolidation of political representation only by men. By means of which it will be confirmed if the process of elimination of the inequality in the Ecuadorian constitutional policies has been possible.en
