dc.descriptionThe chain of custody is one of the pillars inside of a criminal trial, at the time of the commission of a crime scene where there was an allegedly criminal act, the evidence found and suspects is a part of the puzzle to be able to find the person who committed the crime and justice is done. The handling that it is given to the chain of custody ensures the accuracy of the procedure that was given to the evidence from its expertise to its on-site storage of the Judicial Police, giving to the confidence to the court and the people who participated in the process, that the evidence presented in the trial were not manipulated with negligenceen
dc.description.abstractLa cadena de custodia es uno de los pilares dentro de un juicio penal, al momento del cometimiento de un delito la escena donde se produjo un hecho presuntamente delictivo, las evidencias encontradas y los sospechosos forma parte del rompecabezas para poder encontrar a la persona que cometió el delito y se haga justicia. El manejo que se le da a la cadena de custodia garantiza la veracidad del procedimiento que se le dio a las evidencias desde su pericia hasta su almacenamiento en las instalaciones de la Policía Judicial, dando confianza al tribunal y a las partes de que las pruebas que se presentan en el juicio no fueron manipuladas con negligencia.es_ES
