dc.descriptionThere is a variety of personnel control technologies, but it should be mentioned that Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is the most efficient, since it uses wireless transmission means to receive information at several distances and its operating costs are low compared to other most common assistance control devices. For use in educational institutions, this type of technology is performed an analysis of the requirements of the site in which it will be placed so as not to have problems with lines of sight that affect its transmission. When using RFID in institutions with multiple users, it takes advantage of its security advantages to the maximum since each user will possess a unique personal identifier which cannot be duplicated, it must be taken into account that a training should be carried out to the person in charge of the system to avoid inconveniences since the system is not totally autonomous; In addition, precautions must be taken to avoid disqualifications of the system components. By combining this technology with a database and a personnel control system made in C Sharp (C) with a large graphical interface, it allows an efficient administration of the data such as: independent search engines of users and exports of the collected reports from the database in SQL Server where everything stored can be better managed. The prototype consists of a reader Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID long range, a computer that represents a server and RFID Tags that are personal devices for each user.en
