dc.description | Through this work it is proposed to implement a prototype with GPRS for telemetry and remote control of the pumping station ALMA LOJANA BAJO, which is responsible for filling the ALMA LOJANA ALTO, reserve tank belonging to the Public Metropolitan Company of Drinking Water and Sanitation, this project is intended to reduce significantly the losses of drinking water produced by the lack of a efficiently system that controls the filling of the ALMA LOJANA ALTO tank of reserve. To develop the project will carry out a preliminary study of the current conditions of the tanks in relation to telecommunications infrastructure internal and external, electric power, installed equipment, analysis of treated water wasted, and subsequently develop a prototype RTUs (Remote Terminal Unit) for the remote control and data acquisition of process variables of supply between the pumping stations described above. In addition were made the operation tests of the system to verify correct operation, there will be an economic analysis of the proposed solution compared to other possible solutions, to finish with an analysis of retrieved resources to the efficient control of filling the tanks with this project. | en |
