| dc.description | It is intended to redesign a children´s institute for children from 0 to 36 months of age located in the city of Latacunga province of Cotopaxi, implanted in an area of 1464.45m2 of construction. The passion for creating the best space for the users of the campus was taken to a study that reveals the needs of the main stakeholders, creating zones with a great variety of shapes, textures, colors, materials, levels, security measures, and thematic environments subject to a concept where children can discover a world full of emotions focused on psychomotor development, after performing the corresponding analysis this proposal is presented based on the needs of each of the users. Intervening a central play area to unify the nursery and thus take advantage of natural lighting and ventilation within the campus. The project is formed by the administrative, educational and services area; symmetrically, rescuing concepts of ergonomics, functionality, comfort, coupled with the architecture of the Republic of Ecuador. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Se pretende rediseñar un instituto infantil para niños de 0 a 36 meses de edad ubicado en la ciudad de Latacunga provincia de Cotopaxi, implantado en un área de 1464.45m2 de construcción. La pasión por crear el mejor espacio para los usuarios del plantel se llevó a un estudio que revela las necesidades de los principales interesados por lo cual se crearon zonas con gran variedad de formas, texturas, colores, materiales, niveles, medidas de seguridad, y ambientes temáticos sujeto a un concepto donde los niños podrán descubrir un mundo lleno de emociones enfocado al desarrollo psicomotriz, después de realizar los análisis correspondientes se presenta esta propuesta en base a las necesidades de cada uno de los usuarios. Interviniendo un área lúdica central para unificar la guardería y así aprovechar la iluminación y ventilación natural dentro del plantel. El proyecto está formado por el área administrativa, educativa y de servicios; de forma simétrica, rescatando conceptos de ergonomía, funcionalidad, confort, acoplado a la normativa de arquitectura de la República del Ecuador. | es_ES |
