| dc.description | In this document you can observe the analysis and development of an informatics system that seeks to solve a problem that exists in the San Gabriel School. The general objective is to develop a web system for the registration of quality information of the institutional processes, which allows the continuous improvement and the correct visualization of different reports. After carrying out an analysis of all the software development methodologies, it was decided to use the SCRUM methodology for the development of this system. The information that will validate this solution was obtained through user tests; the results of these user tests will be represented in graphic form in order to have a better visualization. | dc.description.abstract | En este documento se podrá observar el análisis y desarrollo de un sistema informático que busca solucionar un problema existe en el Colegio San Gabriel. El objetivo general es desarrollar un sistema web para el registro de información de calidad de los procesos institucionales, que permita la mejora continua y la correcta visualización de diferentes reportes. Luego de realizar un análisis de toda la metodología de desarrollo de software se decide utilizar la metodología SCRUM para el desarrollo de este sistema. La información que validará esta solución fue recabada mediante pruebas de usuario, los resultados de estas pruebas de usuario se representarán en forma gráfica para poder tener una mejor visualización.
