| dc.description | This project aims to implement a web system for the management of IT services for the multinational company Tigre S. A. This system will allow the company to have a more efficient control over the time of the responses and assignment of responsibilities. Users accessing the different areas of Tigre will be able to request maintenances, installations, or to report incidents and requirements. Once the services have been requested, they will be re-directed to the corresponding area within the IT department. To meet the needs of the company, a software was developed by applying the metrics of the ISO / IEC 20000 quality standards, and using the Scrum methodology to develop the system and the acceptance and quality control tests to evidence the efficiency of the software. The deductive research methodology was applied in this project giving us a multimodal approach (qualitative and quantitative) of the results obtained. It created scales that show the priorities of the requirements and the approximate time to find a solution. This analysis of the requirements allowed us to define the priorities. Moreover, it is possible to determine qualitative metrics on the impact that the software will have in the company by studying the degree of the user is satisfaction. | en |
