dc.descriptionThe objective of this project is to determine the viability of creating a company to distribute and commercialize dried fruit in Israel, considering this country would be willing to consume Ecuadorian Products. The target market for EXOTIC MIX - TROPICAL FRUIT OF ECUADOR products are people based in the cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa, ranging in age from 20 years to 50 years. It is important to emphasize that the production of tropical dried fruits will increase in Ecuador and there would be enough variety for exportation. Exports will be the key base to make tropical fruits well known as an option for good nutrition. The methodology used in this project is the analysis of the environment in order to determine the factors that may influence customers and their purchasing behavior. This analysis will enable the identification of strategies to create a marketing plan which will ease the introduction of this product in Israel through wholesalers and distributors that will promote and commercialize the product. The company will be incorporated as a limited company, under the name of Exotic Mix- Tropical Fruit of Ecuador Cía Ltda based on a mixed capital structure with an investment of USD 215,091.63, being 50 percent own capital and 50 percent financed by a bank. A projected financial evaluation was carried out for 5 years which led to verify that the indicators are positive and lead to feasibility of the present project with an TIR of 13.67 percent and of the investor with a TIR of 29 percent and the efficient management of costs and expenses generating profit. Likewise, it will have a recovery period of 5 years and will generate positive values for the project.en
