| dc.description | In the present work, an analysis of the design of the public communication policy in Ecuador in the period 2007-2013 will be developed. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework will be developed, which is the fundamental basis. In which will begin with the development of stakeholder analysis, rational choice, and finally will be analyzed to subsystems and networks. In the second chapter an analysis of the case is made. In which, a historical analysis of the Ecuadorian situation in the matter of communication will be executed. Later, the policy networks will be established, determined by the actors before and after the government of Rafael Correa, their interests and the instruments used by these actors to reach their objectives, which will explain why redesign the public communication policy in El Ecuador. Finally, this analysis leads us to understand how this policy is defined in Ecuador based on the actors and their agendas and on the circle of a new panorama of the Ecuadorian communication. To conclude, the conclusions are established, they are related to the exposed theory. | en |
