| dc.description | This finally project is dedicated to the study of the article 103 or 1por1 of the Organic Law of Communication. The main objective of this thesis is to see if in Ecuador radio stations obey what is written in the law. To realize this investigation it was necessary to interview different artists to know their opinion about this law, also with the testimony of the media; in this case four radio stations were chosen, two public and two private, in which the people whose voices are broadcasted or are in charge of a program, gave their point of view and how their radios handle the broadcasting Ecuadorian music in their daily schedule. In addition, there are also some interviews this people in charge of the management of the copyrights, to know if there has been any change in the subject of rights or if it has remained the same and to see if it has increased the number of artists in the country or not; Finally, an interview was conducted with people working in SUPERCOM to know about statistics and their opinion of how the article 103 is handled in the country. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de titulación tiene como finalidad estudiar el artículo 103 o más conocido como 1por1 de la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación. El objetivo principal de esta tesis es ver si se cumple o no con lo escrito en la ley. Para realizar esta investigación se entrevistó a diferentes artistas para que dieran su opinión acerca de esta ley, también se buscó el testimonio de los medios de comunicación; para esto se escogió a cuatro medios, dos públicos y dos privados, en los que los locutores o persona encargada de dar entrevista, dieron su punto de vista y cómo su radio maneja el poner música ecuatoriana en su programación diaria. Además, se entrevistó a las personas encargadas del manejo de los derechos de autor, para saber si se ha visto algún cambio en el tema de derechos o se ha mantenido igual y ver si ha incrementado el número de artistas en el país o no; se realizó la entrevista a personas de la SUPERCOM para ver estadísticas y su opinión de cómo se ha manejado el artículo 103 en el país. | es_ES |
