dc.description | Title: Cardiovascular changes and autoperception of pain by infiltrave maxilar anesthetic of lidocaine to 2percent in healthy patients. General objective: Value the arterial pressure and heart rate changes and autoperception of pain by infiltrave maxilar anesthetic of lidocaine to 2 percent in healthy patients. Specifics objectives: 1. Establish the distribution of patients who was admistrated the anesthetic to 2 percent according sociodemographic variables. 2. Look the arterial pressure and heart rate changes before and after of application of lidocaine to 2 percent. 3. Point the level of autoperception of pain according Analog Visual Scale, during the puncture and administration of infiltrave maxilar anesthetic of lidocaine to 2 percent. Materials and methods: in the present investigation analyze it the vital signs and autoperception of pain to 35 patients’ candidates for receive infiltrave maxilar anesthetic of lidocaine to 2 percent without history of systemic diseases or ingest some medicament. Analyze the vital signs, arterial pressure and heart rate with the tensiometer Beurer M35 before and after the puncture; autoperception of pain was valued with Analog Visual Scale. Results: Decrease of vital signs was the representative feature in the investigation for the vasovagal syncope in some cases. Conclusions: There are not significant changes of vital signs related with the pain. Recommendations: Should have a sample more representative.
| es_ES |
