| dc.description | This document is a proposal of Enterprise Architecture based on TOGAF framework in order to grant credits from Banco Nacional de Fomento in which a roadmap and a project portfolio are presented so they are aligned to the strategy. There are some bottlenecks in the Business Domain referring to credit factories in Quito and Guayaquil (where all documents and warranty documents from customers are analyzed before granting a credit) so that the proposal is to decentralize it into the other seven zones belonging to the bank. The Data Domain proposes as an additional value the mapping and georeferenced in order to locate new customers, to identify unattended places inside the country and to develop new compatible agricultural products for different regions of the country, all this to be considered as a new business opportunity for the bank. By applying the ADN method inside the Application Domain, a weakness was evident inside the Company referring to customers administration. So, through CRM devoted to design focal campaigns of products and services, the concession area will be enforced based on a development banking service guided to customers located in rural areas where there are no private bank offices. The Technology Domain is considered in this document in a way that holds the business operations focused in granting credits so that the correct use of practices for reinforcing the existing infrastructure is proposed. Finally, the proposed Project portfolio for Banco Nacional de Fomento was prioritized based on the impact of the Company as long as its time of execution. | en |
